Job Description 1) Boutique operation
- Provide support and assistance on boutique daily operation requirement including CS related issues to ensure smooth working condition
- Support action plans in various aspects to maintain a high standard of boutique environment and operational standards.
- Manage back office supplies (uniform, stationary, water, etc.) and material sourcing according to given guidelines or requirements. Follow up on their PO creation(SAP)
- Communicate with travel retail business partners and boutique teams for the operation follow up.
- Regular boutique visits to ensure high level of client service and VM is being provided.
- Support new store opening by ordering of supplies and arranging necessary follow up.
2) Sales management
- Propose boutique sales objectives such as monthly and yearly target (sell in and sell out) and service KPIs to retail director and support boutique managements to develop the action plans to achieve their objectives.
- Define and develop different incentive programs to boost up sales.
- Consolidate sales data and issue sales report on a daily / monthly basis.
- Support Regional team to issue monthly sales dashboard and sales verification.
- Update regular sales master file and sales analysis
- Prepare business review when necessary (including monthly sales review, boutique manager meeting, etc )
- Monitor and analyze competitors’ sales and activities in timely manner.
3) Order & Shipment
- Monthly sell in preparation (Quotation/Firm offer/Input order to DF ERP system/ etc
- Follow up on monthly shipment / return(if necessary)
- Regular PLV order
- Follow up on regular price adjustment in coordination with DF operators
4) People management
- Involve boutique recruiting process partnering with HR and staffing planning including promotion and talent management of tra vel retail
boutique teams together with retail director.
Job Requirement - At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail operation (Experience in Travel Retail will be plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Particularly in Excel & PowerPoint)
- Korean / English fluent
- Team player, Multi-tasking
- University graduate
