| Job Description | ; Responsible to support CEO and Leadership Team in reviewing business strategy and plans to ensure the company is delivering the growth and strategic targets Responsible to support the CEO and Executive Management Team (EXCOs) as a member of CEO Office for reviewing the company-wide business strategies and initiatives Support the CEO through leading the business planning process and coordinating/collaborating the execution of strategic initiatives to ensure target achievement Organize and priorities critical issues and required information for the CEO to facilitate efficient decision making Oversee projects of high importance as assigned by the CEO Attend regular executive meetings to discuss/analyze business issues and challenge suggestions, and deliver progress reports to the CEO and senior management team Build and maintain relationships across all departments/functions to influence outcomes and company strategies Support the requirements from Group RCE Office on an ad-hoc basis |
