| Job Description | Communication • Build Communications strategy that is globally consistent and locally relevant • Respond overall marketing strategy and devise channel plans for PR, Brand Event, and Talents • Lead communications team members by inspiriting and coaching • Manage teams’ timely delivery with regular health check and feedback • Own relationship with Press, Talents (celebrities, Influencers) and industry Key Opinion Leader • Ensure seamless integrating with other marketing function (media advertising, digital team) to maximize impact and effectiveness PR • Develop PR strategy and action plans to drive brand elevation and consideration based on PR budget • Proactive communications and education with press and integrate into exposure strategy • Understand business challenges and product priorities and integrate into PR plan • Partner with London UK team to fully digest global PR strategy and feed local insight • Creative ideation to generate high quality 3rd party (media) content responding brand aesthetic and strategy • Drive SOV Talents • Develop talents’ structure in region, responding global strategy and local insight • Proactive communications and engagement with talents to foster brand talent structure in region • Partner with London UK talent team to fully digest global strategy and feed local insight • Analysis local talent pool to better identify relevant talents and their preference, Negotiation and communications for each project • Develop gifting & exposure strategy and manage Talent budget • Drive SOV Brand event • Develop brand event plan that is responding local marketing strategy • Lead and orchestrate event plan working with different stake holders internally and externally • Understand and build relevant KPI for each event • Partner with UK event team for alignment and support • Work closely with relevant functional areas: PR, Social media, clients and talents to generate brand heat and buzz for each event |

| Job Requirement | • Fluent in English • Minimum 8+ years of Communications experience in Fashion, Luxury Brand, Watch & Jewelry, Cosmetics industries • Strong existing relationship with press members, talents and KOL • Strong communicator • Responsible and accountable for delivery • Creative mindset • Great team player • Consumer insight: Good understanding of current luxury consumers in terms of behavior and preference |
