Job Description | Key responsibility 1: E-retail Order management - Daily order management (to be automated in 1 year-time) Key responsibility 2: E-retail API system management - follow-up with daily API technical issues & manual ISBA order registration upon occurrences. Key responsibility 3: E-retail & E-BTQ general operations - Contract management for e-retailers to negotiate promotion opportunities - PLV order & management for logistics - Shipping materials management (packaging, return/exchange forms, product care form etc.) - New product registration for e-retailer including API setting & product quality related information update - Checking on daily sales record including sales per margin, return fee with Finance team - Monthly closing closely working with Finance team - Shipping materials management (return form, product care form, packaging material, etc.) - SAP/ISBA management for return and exchange products - Return/exchange product validation (2c, destroy, repair etc.) - Stock management & inventory transfer in the system - Collaborate with SCM team to manage product availability - Manual stock level management per each channels - Product assortment plan Key responsibility 4: E-BTQ Site management - Quality check on translation for product-detail page - Visual data management - E-BTQ site and relevant error management (Functionality & Text change etc.) Key responsibility 5: E-retail Promotion plan and execution - Banner (exposure) plan and execution and relevant communication with retailer - Contents management (Promotion page image creation and registration) - Banner development for DF e-com channels (on a quarterly basis) Key responsibility 6: E-com CS - Support CS team to manage customer and technical issues on RIC system - Embossing/engraving setting for logistics & management (machine setup, purchasing materials etc.) - Embossing/engraving related CS management |

Job Requirement | QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college 3-5 years of experience in E-Commerce Experience working for e-retail ecommerce channels is preferred (Especially with SSG, Kakao giftshop and Naver) Experience working for E-BTQ with CMS system is plus Experience working with payment gateways, E-commerce business platforms and inventory etc. SAP experience preferred SKILLS: MS Office (especially excel) skills are required Strong analytical and reporting skills PERSONAL SKILLS: Detail oriented Good communication skills Team player |
