Job Description - Analyze training needs to develop new training and development programs with
identifying the priorities.
- Design competencies models aligned to the Company needs/objectives.
- Study, define and implement innovations and improvements of development
instruments and tools.
- Support the coordination of the organization management review process,
assuring valid and updated development data on Key people and maintaining
constant alignment with the organization design unit for the integration of current
and future organizations.
- Coordinate the employee performance and career process, assuring respect of
the Group guidelines and fostering the culture of performance assessment,
feedback, development.
- Work closely with business partners and local HRs in talent matching and
succession planning.
- Support the business functions in providing sustainable talent management
activities.
- Monitor closely talents development and support their individual development
planning and implementation, assuring the use of adequate tools.
- Closely monitor talent development KPI’s (Career interviews; Key positions, Key
Contributors) progress according to LVMH yearly guidelines.
- Plan assessment tools to match the individual skills/motivations with the Company
needs/objectives (assessment/development centers, career interviews).
- Design and implement global development and learning programs /processes for
specific groups of employees and talents.
- Design and plan people surveys and utilize their findings to design and implement
training and organizational development initiative programs.
- Manage the Talen t& Development Budget of Reference, maximizing the initiatives
results
- Continuously improve the supplier network.
- Support the local HR projects aligned with business strategy and needs.
Job Requirement - At least 7 years of work experiences in HR (including Talent & Development
experiences)
- HR project experience is a plus.
- Great organization skills and effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP experience is a plus.
