Job Description | - Responsible for Marketing Engagement activities - Localize development & execution of Marketing Academy Program - Lead Marketing Excellence Program in market. Develop local best practice & sharing system - Lead Brand & Creative Excellence program in market. Strategic marketing advisor to local team - Partner with People team on talent mapping, recruitment initiatives and leadership training. Onboarding programs for new hires - Build & manage external partner/industry relationships. Manage Marketing brand reputation & executive visibility |

Job Requirement | - Minimum BA/BS, preferably with a strong coursework focus on in Marketing, Coaching, Education, Business Administration - Excellent communication & people engagement skills - Coaching skills - Fluent in both English & Korean - Min. 8~10 years of relevant work and/or experience in Coaching/Consulting/Training Marketing talents in FMCG, Beverage, Entertainment or IT industry is highly preferred - Proven track record of success in developing & executing training/education program for Marketing talents and also coaching internal talents to build Marketing and/or Leadership skills. - Experience as Brand Manager is preferred, but having an in-depth understanding of Marketing work and industry is a must |
