| Job Description | 1. Insurance accounting treatment (40%) Perform the preparation of financial accounting treatment for new product and accounting rule change. Responsible for daily and monthly reconciliation between account summary list and supporting details from user departments and trial balance. Guide and coordinate business team for manual adjustment in monthly closing to ensure qualified and timely closing. Deliver insurance analysis and material to regulatory bodies on requested basis . Responsible for daily and monthly closing of Card receivable account and, for contacts managing with Card company and vendors. Identify any accounting issues and discuss wtih business team about new features of new products and events. Prepare for the accounting manual for new events of existing insurance products and new products Responsible for system development and modification to meet the changing requirements 2. Local FS Closing and Regulatory Reporting (50%) Prepare local regulatory reports with timeliness and integrity in compliance to local regulatory requirements Communicate closing schedule within finance division and local business team. Ensure that the reports are prepared in a timely manner and in compliance with latest regulatory requirements. c. Timely deliver report and template to regulatory bodies (FSS, BOK) in the basis of ad-hoc, month, quarter, year. Engage in intrem and year-end audit and coordinate finance division and business teams to support Auditors. Analyze local profit and provide insightful report for management to make right decision for investment performance, distributable profits, other local regulatory matters and so on Check the any significant variances between the current and past results and assure the accuracy and reasonableness Manage reporting hierarchy of local regulatory financial statements.
