Job Description 1. Training strategy & planning
- Deploy brand strategy and priorities to front-liners and ensure staffs to have clear understandings of Clarins objectives
- Develop training tools and contents to strengthen capabilities of BA effectively
- Review and evaluate BA training performance, and follow up (test score, attitude, grooming, understandings)
- Manage training and field coaching schedule to provide every BA has an opportunity of trainings
- Track BA performance to deliver targeted coaching by grouping BA (talented and less productive)
2. New Product Training
- Study new products’ information and focusing points provided from the group
- Analyze new products and training trends compared to competitors’
- Execute ad-hoc beauty classes for a successful new product launch
- Schedule and coach BA focusing on new product’s key points and recruiting customers to enhance sales
3. Customer claim
- Respond to customer claim related to product usage and follow up customer’s demands as per the group guideline
- Manage customer medical expenses
- Share and coach BA and Sales dept. related to customer claim management
4. Communication
- Deliver regular field coaching to develop selling skills in field
- Report BA’s training results and feedbacks to the President and regional office
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales dept. to enhance BA selling skills and reach the sales target as per marketing strategy
- Interview BA regularly and make action plans to maximize BA performance and productivity
Job Requirement - A.A. degree (Skincare & beauty department graduates preferred)
- More than 3 years’ experience in Training at Cosmetics company (Skincare brands are preferred.)
- Proficient OA skill (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Intermediate level in English, both speaking and writing
- Good knowledge in skincare products
- Additional field experience in Sales
- Excellent communication skill and presentation skill
- Customer-focused and brand-addicted
- Genuinely looking forward to new challenges
- Self-starter and well organized
