| Job Description | Policy Owner Service Professional 소속 : 계약서비스팀 Job Description 1. Interim and Dormant insurance money management (50%) - Manage the balance of unpaid interim and dormant insurance money - Plan and execute the decrease policy of outstanding unpaid interest attaching to Interim and Dormant insurance money - Plan and execute the increase of loan interest 2. Policy management process management (30%) - Check regulatory policy and update the process - Analyze and improve overall policy admin process - Manage new product, product change in IT system - Analyze and develop the efficiency of customer contact point and co's process 3. Disbursement payment (10%) - Manage the disbursement request and inquiry - Proceed complaint and exceptional case of disbursement - Manage financial closing relating to disbursement and operation - Manage disbursement process and risk 4. Trend analysis and competitor benchmarking (10%) |
