Job Description -Design, develop and conduct training programs for store staff including service/product training, selling technique, daily operating procedures, complaint handling

-Develop the annual and seasonal training calendar to identify priorities, reach and training frequency

-Act as a field coach to the store staff to train their selling techniques in order to provide excellent service to customers, and evaluate training effectiveness through regular visits

-Participate in the design of training programs to skills enhancement, performance improvement and employee development, etc.

-Manager on-boarding and orientation training for new join store staff

-Prepare and maintain training course materials; ensure training materials and information are always up-to-date and available

-Work with vendors to facilitate programs like Mystery Shopping Program and team building to enhance service standard

-Analyse business performance with sales data and conversion rate, and collaborate with Retail Manager and Store Managers to understand where effective training can make a positive impact

-Prepare regular reports evaluate the training results and effectiveness and recommend program changes to enhance staff performance and sales capabilities

-Partner closely with Retail Operations, Marketing and Merchandising to ensure projects are meeting customer expectations and carried out smoothly
Job Requirement -Bachelor Degree in any discipline
-At least 6 years of retail training experience gained from retail industry
(footwear/ fashion apparel field preferred)
-Demonstrate good understanding of retail landscape and be comfortable with the dynamic business environment
;possess good knowledge of store operations and retail systems
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
-Strong commercial acumen, able to confidently analyse sales data and driven by KPI’s
-Positive attitude, open-minded, not afraid to take initiatives
-Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
-Excellent command of written and spoken English and Korean
