Job Description | [In- season Product management] • Drive business & brand results with in-season product execution & inventory support in responsible channels of KR market • Execute global / regional merchandising strategies in responsible channels of KR market • Prepare sales report to support weekly/monthly/quarterly business review • Analyze sales analysis by product/category/channel and define product lifecycle and develop action plan and promotion strategy • Own Allocation and Inventory management for responsible channels - Translate assortment and buy plans into distribution strategies; ensure appropriate quantities are allocated based on sales expectation - Based on product sales performance, mobilize stock within/across the markets to maximize sales results - Managing inbound shipment schedule and coordinate status with Logistics and other related partners accordingly • Build up Assortment and provide market feedback during Buying season to regional BIMA so that market relevant products are well supported • Join monthly Newness release strategy meeting with regional BIMA team and work closely to ensure optimum market stock allocation • Responsible for defining door profile of each store based on regional DP strategy to ensure right product is assorted and allocated to the right location • Partner with key cross functional teams (RM/VM/Logistics/Marketing) to ensure successful product launch • Organize and deliver seasonal product download and provide relevant information to store staff • Research competitor & market trend • Review brand & competitive pricing and make recommendations when needed • Execute and support marketing events accordingly [Buy] • Involve into developing Buying process and execute the buy in support of the merchandising strategy |

Job Requirement | • Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum 5 or more years of prior experience in Brand or/and Fashion business • Buying experience is preferred • High level of verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean • Ability to take initiative, ownership, and accountability for business • Highly flexible and adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity & can thrive in changing environment • Well-organized, result oriented and able to manage multiple tasks environment • Cooperate well with team and stakeholders to achieve company goals |
