| Job Description | MAIN PURPOSE To be responsible for all viral marketing activations across the social platform and to develop an Influencer Engagement Strategy to drive the conversation KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee development of strategic earned + paid Creator/Influencer partnerships and campaigns with integrated communication manager and digital marketing manager to support all key launches/initiatives and amplify brand messages and storytelling Develop and establish relationships with creators, bloggers and influencers in line with the brand communication strategy Bring Influencer best practices to life and drive insights to action around hero SKUs and traffic to priority channels Deliver strategic product seeding and brand message to the targeted KOL/influencers and manage related external agencies Support in launching new products, planning and executing viral communication including segmentation, the wise use of influencers on the content direction, and paid channels amplification Maximize Brand exposure and consumer engagement in the beauty community thru earned and paid opportunities Keep monitoring and analyzing Brand positioning and ranking with related strategic brand/campaign keywords across all social channel Strive and contribute to a top tier full year EMV ranking and engagement by developing alternative methods of visibility beyond the marketing calendar with an integrated communication manager Collaborate with other function teams for brand and product launch campaign |

| Job Requirement | REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in related field At least 3+ years of relevant online/offline marketing/promotion experience Having strong press/make-up artist/influencer relations is preferred Experience in a similar capacity within the beauty and fashion industry is an added advantage Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to deliver results in a fast-paced environment Confident and go-getter under pressure Must be extremely organized, detail oriented, and possess the drive Ability to communicate complex ideas and processes in a simplified manner. |
