Job Description | • 오피스 인테리어, 개선 및 유지보수(가구, 시공, 공조시스템 및 전기작업 등) 관련 전반적인 업무 수행 • 오피스 관련 프로젝트 범위, 타임라인 및 예산 작성 • 각종 공사관련 업체선정 및 협상 업무 수행 Job Description • Execute office upgrade and renovation projects from conceptual to completion and maintenance of all offices including furniture, built works, HVAC and electrical. • Set the office project scope, time schedule and budgets, lead colleagues from other team as well as consultants to develop optimal layout • Execute bid process to comply with related company regulations/guidelines, and discuss negotiations with preferred bidder to obtain the best pricing for office construction, corporate service contract. |
