| Job Description | 1.Develop integrated business planning / rolling forecast in strong collaboration with the business stakeholders 2.Provide financial analysis with various data source 3.Be responsible for month-end closing and submit the management report to HQ on time 4.Analyze and simulate profitability by brands and channel 5.Pilot key innovation for the Asia, and play an instrumental role to “test & learn” new digital capabilities 6.Closely follow up sales performance, promotion related costs. Challenge relevant teams (incl. sales/marketing) about their promotions/spending/forecasts. Support them by proposing ways to fund allocation and following up/assessment of promotion efficiency and effectiveness. |
