Job Description 1) Sales Data Reporting & Consolidation (Retail)
- Weekly/Monthly Sales & Trend Update (by stores and individual)
- Monitoring Competitors Sales and Activity
- Traffic Data Reporting and Management
- Voice of Clients (VOC) Reporting and Issue Updates
- Sales Incentive Data Update
- Monthly Sales Meeting Minute
- Ad hoc reporting
2) In-store Operations Support and Vendor Management (Retail)
- Valuation Report Issuance
- Traffic Controller and related vendor
- Monthly Expenses and Payment voucher
- Temp. Staffs Operations
- Store e-mail group update
3) Client Related and Internal Communication (Retail)
- Local/Oversea Selling Event and Pop-In Event and ad hoc event support
- Sales Trigger activity and expense monitoring
- Office cross-functional communication coordination
- Monthly Working Schedule file for Office & Stores update
- Monthly closing schedule of department store update
- Administrative and Operational support for Sales Director and Retail team
Job Requirement - University graduate with 2~3 years experiences in Sales administrative work, preferably in luxury industry
- Prefer a person who is proactive and positive
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Good at both written and spoken English
- Very responsible, fast learner, team player, dedicated and enthusiastic to his/her job
- Experience in international luxury industry
