Job Description | 1. Lead data driven marketing analytics - Proactively lead data analytics project such as Adobe campaign automation project - Lead data analysis based on business questions and share learnings and implications within affiliate 2. Lead multi-category brand’s CRM - Plan and execute annual, quarterly and monthly CRM plan by category level - Lead category level CRM planning based on consumer behavior analysis - Deep dive different consumer behavior by category and by channel to build long term CRM planning for accountable brand 3. Lead the CRM strategy planning at corporate level - Define the objective of CRM in the affiliate and set the key priorities and roadmap for CRM strategy - Maximize customer data management system to pull out insight on consumer touch program - Take leadership in building annual CRM plan by brand - Build actionable insights on CRM activities and develop consistent and seamless execution plan on lifecycle program at corporate level 4. Successfully roll out CDP system as an omni hub for customer data - Enable successful roll out of CDP system within FY22 in collaboration with regional CM, GIS , corporate online and brand team - Educate and engage brand team on the CDP system for their data analysis - Lead omni channel customer data binding initiative (Kakao / Brand.com / Offline) in collaboration with corporate online team 5. Set up and monitor the CRM KPI at corporate level - Take leadership in building CRM KPIs based on customer data - Responsible for regular tracking and monitoring of CRM KPIs - Take the lead to review KPIs report and campaign response report with the brand team for continuous improvement of campaign effectiveness 6. Build and successfully settle down corporate CRM team to lead leveling up corporate capabilities in data analytics and planning to better support brands - Set up and monitor CRM KPIs aligning with brands’ priorities and identify opportunities from this KPI analysis |

Job Requirement | Education - University-level education or equivalent Experiences - Minimum 5 years’ experience in CRM, data analytics field Functional Competencies •Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills •Being able to multi-task and handle various projects simultaneously is essential •Project experience with ability to manage external agencies and internal IT teams •Good verbal and written communications skills •Have a collaborative work-style and results driven attitude •Experience in conducting end-user training is preferred •Knowledge in social/digital measurement and web analytics is a plus •Able to autonomously lead analytics projects from inception to conclusion •Understanding or experience in retail analytics would be advantageous •Broad / strategic thinker: Strong Analytical mind and Conceptual Thinking, Innovative •Strong Communicator: Persuasive and engaging, Work cooperatively with peers, management and other departments. •Continuous Self-Improvement |
