Job Description | Training & Coaching • Support and lead an effective and inspirational delivery of all training content through a blend of in store, online, shop floor and workshop training • Support the Retail Management team in defining training plans for their store based on specific needs and business priorities • Ensure timely coordination of training programmes and active communication to relevant teams • In collaboration with Merchandising, CRM, Retail Excellence, and HR, ideate, develop and facilitate core trainings • Maintain an active shop floor presence to coach and support the teams • Identify potential training talent within the store to develop and partner in coaching others • Provide on-going feedback to Retail Manager and Travel retail manager and WW Retail training manager on the progress, priorities and main training needs. On-boarding • Ensure a consistent on-boarding for new starters • Liaise with HR and Team Managers to ensure proactive planning for new employees Reporting • Manage and monitor the quality and impact of all in-store training via follow up • Monitor Retail KPI’s to measure the impact of training delivered and provide feedback to Retail Managers (DOS/DF) and WW Retail Training Manager • Monitor the enrolment rate of AMQ online learning, follow up with the managers define action plans when necessary |

Job Requirement | • You have significant previous experience in a similar role and ideally have gained experience in Korea. • You have great coaching, communication and training delivery skills • A team player who enjoys collaborating and sharing • You enjoy working in a fast passed environment and you are flexible • You have an eye for detail, and you are also comfortable with reporting and KPIs • You have strong planning and organising skills • You are highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications, especially power point, and ideally you have experience of e-learning platforms • You enjoy being on the shopfloor supporting retail teams through coaching, feedback and training • You don’t mind traveling – the role will require significant travel as per business requirements • Fluent in both spoken and written English. Ability to speak another European Language preferably French or Italian will be advantageous |
