Job Description | Delivers coaching sessions in boutiques of her/his network and animates training sessions to develop sales skills and to increase client experience and boutique sales Offers 360° analysis of respective boutiques and their teams based on individual KPIs and creates Individual Development Plans Defines training and coaching calendar for entire region Conduct regularly training of products, selling ceremony and related contents to ensure staffs’ expertise as brand ambassadors Creates and conducts thorough onboarding program for new-joiners Manages all local mystery shopping activities as well as contact to respective partner Manages and executes all local mobile learning initiatives Ensures and nurtures client-centric mindset among boutique teams and helps Client Advisors develop long-lasting relationship with clients Ensures implementation of HQ-led initiatives in boutiques Actively proposes new training methods and ensures constant learning engagement Creates new and further develops existing training content |
