Job Description | 1. Compensation and Benefits - Prepare monthly payroll data for regular employee and incentive-based retail employee - Validate retail employees’ payroll and various compensation information (including part-timer) - Prepare and manage the monthly income tax report and retirement payment record - Support the process of annual review for salary increment and performance bonus accrual - Manage the employee benefit program and operations by company policy (Flexible benefit program, C&C program, etc) - Support the annual medical check-up and group life insurance renewal and change 2. Recruiting Support - Handle overall recruitment process with candidates for - Manage recruiting process with service vendor and campus recruiter - Follow-up hiring process & administration work such as preparing Employee Contract, Personnel Announcement - Support on-boarding & off-boarding process and 1st day orientation for new hire - Collect and maintain employee personnel data including new hire’s official documents 3. Retail HR Work - Manage and support retail employee labor issue such as employment status change and probationary review and annual performance review - Develop and implement the retail employee engagement program - Communicate with retail employee regarding the company policy and programs - Support retail employees online training and regular products training with retail training manager 4. HR Data Management - Check and file all employment document in accordance with policies - Collect resignation letter and manage exit process - Manage and check on/off-boarding/transfer/position changes in HRIS - Monitor and maintain employee leave status in HRIS and keep a supporting document - Manage HR monthly reports and co-work with Finance team - Update employee master data and HRIS |

Job Requirement | 1. Bachelor’s degree 2. 4 ~ 6year experiences as HR Generalist including in retail company 3. Good written and verbal communication skill in Korean and English both 4. Interpersonal Communication Savvy 5. Dealing with Ambiguity 6. Integrity on dealing with confidentiality 7. MS Office advanced skill |
