Job Description 1. E-commerce Business management (Planning/ Operation/ Analysis/ Report)
- Set on-line sales target aligned with brand’s total sales target
- Plan and execute online strategy for each different channels and look for new opportunity in e-com industry
- Implement brand campaign to e-commerce channel with differentiate strategy
- Strengthen and reinforce brand awareness by enhancing brand’s visibility and improving sales performance and developing premium service and experience.
- Operate and merchandise brand products based on sales objectives, brand calendar and promotion with online competitive intelligence to maintain the brand’s competitive advantage
- Drive sales performance through data analysis and online products placement management withoptimizing customer experience
- Forecast and manage e-com stock and closely communicate with SCM team
- Handle logistics and delivery issue for e-business mornitoring purpose
- Manage e-com order related system with IT & logistics team
- Effectively communicate and negotiate with retailer MDs, internal stakeholders, and external agency and region & HQ team

2. E-com Performance Media & Digital Marketing
- Plan E-com channel on-site media strategy and execute action for brand awareness and sales
- Collect and create related digital assets based on brand guide with HQ and region team
- Monitor trends in competitors’ digital tools, trends and applications
- Analyze and report digital actions on a monthly basis
- Communicate & negotiate with digital agency and find out the best customer way to experience brand & drive sales.

3.Strategic communication with region/ HQ team
- Proactively communicate with regaion/HQ whenever needed about market need, request and alignment, report
- Follow up global and local e-business projects
Job Requirement - 4~8 years of e-com experience in the cosmetic or FMCG industry
- Performance driven and strategic though to execute plan
- Strong communication skills to interact with diverse partners and organization
- Effective and professional communication skills in Korean and English
- Proactive and positive attitude, team work focused, detail-oriented, passion for the brand
- Cosmetics industry, interpersonal skills are the must.
- Enjoys online related work and actively engages in digital communications.
Ability to handle multitude of projects and issues at one time
