Job Description 1. Performance Marketing
• Measure and tracking media investment, performance and KPIs; bring visibility on media investment amount, strategy, and performance.
• Understanding comprehensive media landscape change and competitive environment; new ad formats and technology; able to evaluate effectiveness of media plan and provide solutions.
• Develop a digital marketing strategy with the goal to drive traffic and increase brand awareness and generate leads through relevant digital channels. (Naver, Kakao, Instagram etc.)
• Lead to analyze campaign performance data using data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Microsoft Excel etc.); the data side — Ability to develop, analyze and deliver analytics & metrics reports, including selected KPIs
• Campaign planning and management, ensuring that the campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and meet high standards for creative & operational excellence (search, display, social, influencer, media buying etc.)

2. Digital Marketing
• Work with cross-functional teams with relevant work
• Lead and manage launching products, execution of event/promotion, and development GWP in collaboration with the manager and team member
• Paid digital media operation for various platforms. (Naver Search Ads, Google Search Ads etc.)
• Manage action in terms of an omnichannel strategy

3. Manage & Plan promotion/Events/Gifting
• Channel content (product detail page, advertising content) development and update.
• Develop & proceed of promotional materials and services, such as GWP, Package, and exclusive service in Kakao channels
• Responsible of admin operation in terms of sales channel maintenance
Job Requirement • Experience in managing E-commerce campaign and drive revenue for brands
(.com and/or marketplace)
• Strong understanding about online platforms and biddable techniques, FB Ads Manager, Google Shopping, Website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Marketplace Marketing Solutions portals
• Comprehensive understanding on Media measurement, KPI and performance; able to translate data into growth strategy in media to drive ROI

• Advanced in online marketing trends, platforms, and technology, and able to make suitable recommendations
• Minimum 7 years of Digital marketing is required.
• Fluent in English
• Ability to use design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) would be preferred.
