| Job Description | ● E-Commerce Management (Channels: owned site – Godo 5 Pro and other concession online malls) ● Support and implement the digital strategy to make positive impact on ooo Korea’s online business growth (Online Channels) ● Support ooo Korea’s E-Commerce growth initiatives based on data-driven analytics. ● Support the Digital Manager in activating 000 Korea’s digital.com sites and facilitating best performance. ● Be the key contact with Asia and UK HQ IT teams regarding eCommerce projects and Digital operation. ● Ensure the stable E-Commerce functionalities on website in all the operational processes. ● Build E-commerce product assortment planning and campaign & promotion planning to reach sales target. ● Plan and execute digital campaign and promotion (site refreshing, online banners, etc.) ● UI/UX improvement and visual merchandising for digital.com ● Weekly/Monthly performance report ● Report weekly/monthly sales performance including KPIs such as traffic, transaction, conversion rate, return rate, discount rate to define improvements that will help reaching business objectives. ● Manage owned digital communication channels – Contents publishing & outcome analysis (Kakao, Newsletter) ● Coordinate and execute ad-hoc eCommerce projects. (ex. Online family sale) |

| Job Requirement | ● Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Marketing, Fashion, or E-Business related field of study, or equivalent work experience ● 8+ Years of digital marketing, e-commerce platform experience. ● Strong leadership, teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills ● Strong analytical skills and come up with new ideas and suggestions from this result. ● Ability to implement strategies, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to achieve objectives. ● Godo 5-pro Platform experiences preferred. ● Google Analytics – UA or GA4 version experience necessary. ● Photoshop or Illustrator skills ● English – written, verbal and presentation skills. |
