Job Description | • Assist in developing brand(s) goal/ ambition – Set long-term/ short-term brand objective and strategy by analyzing market trend, consumer insight, competitor activities and estimation of industry growth under limited supervision from Marketing Manager. • Execute annual brand campaign plans to reach target consumers effectively/ efficiently by developing comprehensive 360-degree communication plan including ATL, digital/ social activation, channel connection plan and applying global ATL/ BTL platforms. • Assist in brand creatives development and strong activation of media plan, ensuring activation relevant to Brand Strategy and Brand Credential. • Execute the development of BTL programs and execution including in-store/ in-venue POSM, Promo pack, promotions under brand strategy and brand architecture. • Conduct market research and consumer surveys to gather insights for product development and improvement. • Maintain strong communication with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of projects. • Support the analysis and understanding of business variables, monitoring of competition, industry, and consumer trends. • Brand sales, depletion, and trends • Brand health and campaign or marketing activity evaluation • P&L including budget management |

Job Requirement | • University degree required. • Proficient in English • 3~5 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Integrated Marketing Communications Past experiences should include: • Brand/ portfolio management • Integrated campaign management • Integrated marketing communications • New product development / localization • Luxury experience would be highly preferred • Culture marketing experience would be highly preferred • Cross functional teams engagement • Global and regional stakeholder engagement • Knowledge in using various tools for STP (segmentation, targeting, positioning) • Good knowledge of digital media & SNS • Excellent communication, presentation, and creative thinking skills |
