Job Description 1. Strategize brand’s merchandising on both long-term / short-term base
• Plan and execute virtual merchandising activities for iconic products and new launches.
• Run monthly VMD program in all Clarins’ channel to roll out brand’s identity.
• Actively communicate with Zone to perform consistent branding campaign in local level.

2. Store open/close/renovation
• Work on store open/close plan in accordance with Dept’s MD plan.
• Plan and roll out newer version of merchandising in selected stores.

3. Plan and execute branding campaign
• Manage annual VMD calendar to support branding campaign such as branding event and retailtainment.

4. Order, reporting and budget management
• Working closely with Zone and HQ, place an order for props and textures and follow up on order & supply management
• Provide monthly VMD report
• Manage annual/monthly VMD budget to get the best ROI in investment

5. Agency management
• Direct and manage design agency to meet the required timeline and brand guideline
Job Requirement - 6-10 years of working experiences as VMD is required. Cosmetic related field experience is preferred.
