Job Description | 1. Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies for leveraging new and emerging digital media platforms aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives. 2. Campaign Execution Plan, execute the digital campaign across multiple channels to maximize brand exposure and engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with overall campaign initiatives. 3. Content Creation: Develop engaging and innovative content specifically tailored for new media platforms through media partnership or collaboration with social creators. not limited to short-form video, live streaming, AR/VR, CGI and other interactive formats. Ensure contents is optimized for different platforms and audience segments while maintaining consistent messaging and branding. 4. Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, including content planning, posting, monitoring, and engagement with followers and users. Develop digital marketing programs to engage followers to transform as membership of official on-line store. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and leverage new platforms and features for marketing purposes. 5. Collaboration and Partnership: Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, content creators, and other relevant entities on new media platforms to amplify brand reach and engagement aligning with PR. Develop creative and innovative activities that align with brand messaging and objectives. Determine the scope, goals, deliverables, KPI for each campaign. 6. Analytics and Insights: Monitor and analyze performance, including reach, engagement, conversions, and audience insights. Job Requirement | • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field. • Minimum 5 year experience in digital marketing or fashion & cosmetic PR. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tactics. • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital channels. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to enhance the digital marketing approach. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Attention to detail and the ability to ensure consistent messaging and branding across channels. • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies. |
