Job Description | A. CORPORATE ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT (50%) • Weekly Sales Report - Prepare weekly sales report for their retailer promptly after collecting data from ELC counters and generic counters including online sales data - Communicate with GP team regarding sales data and upload on BI system • Corporate Sales Operation - Manage their retailer’s ERP system and support CAM in daily, weekly, and monthly tasks - Follow up retailer’s ERP management for FOC - Load of saleable order PO invoice information in retailer’s ERP - Support CAM to update SRP and NBP price updates into ERP system - Support CAM in with monthly closing (inventory, sales) • Corporate Events Execution and VIP visit preparation - Support CAM the arrangement of the Retailer Presentation – logistics, materials, gift, etc. - Make VIPs’ market visit arrangements and prepare necessary matters for respective Corporate Account cluster. - Prepare travel schedule and counter visit arrangement for respective Corporate Account cluster assisting ASOMs. B. RETAIL OPERATION SUPPORT (Assigned Brands) (40%) • Manage FOC (Free of Charge) items Order - Consolidate FOC request from the field or Brand Managers thru standardized process & template and support respective brands on FOC items to place the order to Lachen - Monitor shipping status and share tracking information with SEE. The SEE will ensure the FOC delivered to each counter with right quantity in a timely manner. • Travel Retail Data Management - Ensure Travel Retail Data Management (TRDM) system has the right information about the product for online sales platform together with Marketing - Update missing contents or correct wrong information if needed • Brand Operation Support - Consolidate saleable product request and order to Affiliate for products for KOL, retailer gift or BA gift etc |

Job Requirement | • B.A degree or equivalent/above • More than 3 years travel retail business experience • Verbal/Written English communication ability • Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint • Analytical, Meticulous, Good with numbers, System/Technical Savvy • Well organized with multi-tasking • Initiative, able to work independently • Good communication/Interpersonal skill |
