• Support the Brand Marketing Manager with product & brand in building the ooo Korea PR strategy and driving all regional women’s PR initiatives.
• Pitch and secure regional editorial coverage including product placement and features for Women’s, Men’s collection(s and ooo New York in line with global editorial strategies
• Manage all daily sample requests from regional media outlets, working closely with Global Samples Coordinator.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key local influencers, editors, stylists, and publicists
• Liaise with local PR agencies, support with PR assets to secure local coverage
• Align with global PR team to ensure creation of PR assets for distribution to local editors

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Influencer Marketing to...
• Lead all social influencer programs including long term relationships, seasonal activation, and substantial influencer programs with the Brand Marketing Manager.
• Identify & Develop relationships with key influencers (new and existing) to build brand relevance and gifting
• A master relationship builder with editors, influencers, as well as internal and external key stakeholders and agencies
• Confidence and ability to negotiate deals and understand and coordinate deal memos between influencer and brand. Work closely with the legal team to ensure proper execution of contracts.
• Creative thinker who can brainstorm innovative ideas/strategies

Job Requirement BA or BS required.
• 5+ years’ experience developing and delivering social/digital marketing strategy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment required.
• 3+ years working within the fashion industry with hands on experience in influencer marketing and/or digital PR
• Deep familiarity of and passion for social media communities and marketing approaches, with a keen eye towards innovation. Must have finger on the pulse of social media– know trends, trending accounts, social movements, etc
• Strong relationship building skills required
• Excellent communication, writing, project management, presentation, cross-functional collaboration and relationship building skills are critical
• Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel
