Job Description | • Liaising with duty-free stores operators for business development activities, as well as for the management of the current network. • Executing all operational standards to be requested by duty-free store operators for store personnel issues, constructions, maintenance of store, promotional activities, allocation etc. • Achieving sales and performance objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. • Negotiating to obtain budget from the operators and liaise with HQ Customer Service on order processing with the full supervision of duty-free inventory status • Full control and management on Duty-Free ERP system (including order, return, inventory process etc) aligning with our Retail and CRM system • Completing duty-free store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. • Maintaining duty-free store staff by recruiting, selecting, managing employees. • Maintaining operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. • Tracking daily and monthly sales, inventory and KPIs (i.e. store traffic) and providing feedback and reports. • Analysis on competitors’ sales and keep tracking of competitors’ projects and trends. • Support Managing director in the development of the store project such as opening, planning road map and supporting negotiation with partners, landlords and appointed contractors. |

Job Requirement | Work Experience • At least 5~10 years of experience in retail luxury industry • Passionate about high jewelry Required Competencies • Ability to plan, manage multi tasks simultaneously with superior time-management skills. • Interpersonal and problem-solving skills. • Managerial experience with an emphasis on motivating and developing staff at various career levels • Good planning and organizational skills • Ability to think stategically, make sound decisions and put in place the proper business actions • Proficiency in written and spoken English language. • Advanced knowledge of MS office software. |
