Job Description | 영업 대상 - 대기업군 건설사, 국토부, 지리원, 경찰서 Direct 영업 Accountable for achieving sales targets and objectives as agreed Demonstration of equipment, using a collaborative approach to help customers solve problems, and save time and/or money. Propose and conduct customer seminars. Use consultative sales skills to understand customer challenges, to communicate the value proposition to various levels with the customer organization and to close sales. Source new sales opportunities through marketing inbound lead follow-up, networking activity, social media engagement, outbound cold calls, emails and other channels. Develop relationships and nurture suitable customers, prospects, influencers, industry bodies and specifiers to provide a regular stream of qualified and developed opportunities. Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators to include the level of activity, pipeline, new revenue business opportunities and lead generation activity Build, manage and report on a pipeline of opportunities to cover monthly/quarterly target, ensuring accurate reporting in CRM database Understand customer needs and requirements and build strong relationships with customers and prospects. Work closely with the sales team to generate ideas for company sales opportunities. Maintain and expand your database of contacts within all relevant markets. |

Job Requirement | 건축, 토목전공자, 혹은 공대출신으로 측량 장비 B2B 판매담당, 영업 경험+ Technical 기반 강점, 적극적인 성향 선호 영어 - 중급 수준 세일즈포스, 견적서작성등 오피스 tool 해본경험있는자. 링크드인및 유투브 활용 가능한자. Candidate must be self-starter and highly motivated. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to work independently and as part of a selling team. Proven sales and business development experience. Ideally experience in the technical markets such as Surveying, Architectural, Civil Engineering and Construction work environment. Ability to establish excellent working rapport with field sales teams, marketing, other team members and customers. Experience working with Salesforce.com desirable. Experience in working with tenders Experience working with influencing bodies within construction industry. Excellent verbal and written communications skills, strong listening and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively. |
