| Job Requirement | • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field. • Strong verbal and written communication skills for both in Korean and English. • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proficient in maintaining high levels of accuracy in work. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Excel macros being advantageous • 3~5년차 Junior Engineer (단, 현 급여 수준에 따라 이상 경력자도 지원 가능) • 전기공학과 또는 관련 학과 졸업 필수. • 영어(W/L/S/R) 역량 필수. (본사와의 커뮤니케이션 원활 필) • 운전 및 해외 출장 가능자 • 야간/휴일근로 가능자 (교대 근로 형태, 주52시간제 준수) • 급여 구성: - 기본급 (전 직장 대비 인상, 업계 최고 수준) - 식대 별도 제공 - 연말 상여금 (13th Month Salary) 100% 지급 - 개인 및 조직 성과에 따른 연말 성과급 지급 - 출장비/유류대 별도 지원 - 연장/야간/휴일수당 별도 정산 (포괄임금제 X) 근무지: 파주 (업계 최고 대우 보장) • 경기도 파주시 거주자 또는 이주 가능자 - 기혼자의 경우, 주거 지원 - 미혼자의 경우, 기숙사 제공 |
