| Job Description | Yearly Biz Planning - Biz Unit P&L 수립, 연간/중장기 사업계획 보고서 작성 지원 - Biz Unit에 따른 Sales, COGS, SG&A, CAPEX 분석 및 목표 수립 지원 - 부서별 통제 예산 편성 Monthly/Quarterly Performance Management - SAP CO Monthly Closing 및 차이 분석 (계획, 전년, 전월) - Corporate/Biz Unit P&L 집계/분석 - PMIX/Menu Type 별 손익 분석 (Sales, Promotion, Discount, Cost) - 경영진/주주 보고를 위한 Performance Report 작성 - 월 예산 Tracking & Monitoring (COGS, Variable/Fixed cost, 부서별 통제성 예산 관리 등) - 주요 경영지표(KPI) 관리 Business/Profitability Feasibility Analysis - CAPEX, New Store, Promotion에 대한 수익성 검토 (EBITDA, NPV, IRR, etc.) Business Process Improvement, Ad-hoc task - 업무 Process Issue/문제점 발굴 및 개선을 통한 Loss 제거, 수익 개선 - Ad-hoc task – 경영진 요청 사항에 대한 주요 현안 분석 및 보고 지원 |
