Job Description | 1. Retail Performance Enhancement & Coaching - Build the store performance goals in collaboration with global retail performance team and in partnership with the retail leaders continuously review and drive performance across sales revenue, retail KPIs, non-selling activities. - Drive day to day business by leveraging retail performance tools (Mystery Shopping, VOC, Daily T, Retail dashboard, 1 to 1 touch base) and partnership with retail leaders to implement improvement plans. - Leverage Voice of Client verbatim and Mystery shopping results to drive focused action plan, partner with retail learning team. - Work in partnership with Finance and HR on FTE planning, productivity, finding top performers, emerging talents & optimization with the goal of delivering service excellence through an elevated Client experience. - Partner with key stakeholders, in particular retail learning and client development teams, to improve strategic KPI (Conversion Rate, AUR, MS, NPS, 10K clients, and Appointments) - Develop and keep consistent standards and KPIs across all stores. - Review weekly and monthly performance KPIs with retail leadership to identify opportunities and suggest action points to implement with the intent to implement best practices across the networks. - Identify and recommend incentive programs to reinforce behaviors or product to drive business or to increase market share. 2. Project Management - Project management and coordination for any retail-related project. - Roll out in market Global Retail / Omni initiatives with a transversal approach (e.g., Retail dashboard, Mystery shopping program, Voice of Client, new POS system, Brilliance App etc.) - Lead local 360 initiative to support market priorities. 3. Business Intelligence - Evaluate business performance, translating data to actionable insights aligned with brand expectations. - Provide business intelligence via trend analysis and competition benchmark, in collaboration with finance and retail team |

Job Requirement | - 리테일 전략 수립 경험자 - 10+ years of retail experience in luxury retail - BA or BS degree or greater - Effective communication and analytical skills - Demonstrated ability to collaborate productively and ability to lead and influence in a team environment. - Agile and with an entrepreneurial spirit, finding innovative approaches and solutions to the challenges of this role. - Business acumen, numerical agility and forward-thinking - Knowledge of retail and luxury market, sales trends and KPI management - Excellent interpersonal skills with a thoughtful attitude - Working experience in global organization |
