Job Description 1. Retail Sales Development
• Develop sales opportunities and manage sales performance by counter to reach the target in the area.
• Evaluate and manage BCs’ performance based on individual sales results.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets of the area and key products through monitoring the progress of sales.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure optimum inventory at stores.
• Collect and report the competitors’ marketing activities to management.

2. Management of Salesforce
• Ensure that BCs follow the 5 steps of ABC selling and express Brand DNA through customer service.
• Motivate BCs to have team spirit and to reach target.
• Conduct regular counter visit and ensure the development of BCs through regular coaching.
• Propose development plans for BCs to increase knowledge and skills.
• Manage BCs daily working life including control over holiday schedules, working hours and training schedules, etc.
• Recruit qualified BCs and allocate them to counter with the Retail HR Team.

3. Brand/ Image & Merchandising Execution
• Enhance Brand Image through visual, merchandising, BC grooming and POS activities.
• Enforce strict and regular control of POS Merchandising, decoration, and operating conditions up to brand standards and following central guidelines.

4. Promotion/ animation management
• Supervise and execute the promotional activities formulated by the Marketing /VMD Department
• Discuss and negotiate with all channels to have visuals, promotion events, etc.
• Manage preparation and feedback reports for each promotion event.
• Explain key messages, purposes and action plans at each promotion event to BCs to maximize sales.

5. Negotiation with channels
• Establish, manage, and maintain business relations with each channel in charge.
• Preparation and arrangement of all contracts and other necessary documentation with channels.
Job Requirement • Minimum 7~10 years’ experience in the cosmetic field
• Strong interpersonal & communication skill
• Passion for field, Retail, and strong business acumen (70% spent in the field).
• People-oriented supervisory skill
• Customer and sales focus
• Negotiation skills
• Product and selling knowledge.
• Good coaching and customer service skills
