Job Description  Develop comprehensive brand marketing strategies to achieve corporate objectives.
 Main KPI is BET (Brand Equity Tracker) scores incl. saliency, desirability and perception
 Lead the brand marketing team in execution campaigns across various channels including PR, advertising, digital media, social media, ambassador, celebrities, influencers, and so on.
 Collaborate with product, sales, omnichannel teams to ensure branding consistency and integrity.
 Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
 Plan annual and monthly brand marketing activities aligning with global strategies, and market insights (Eg. customer trend, diversification of communication channels, etc.)
 Identifying local trends and campaign objectives, build media plan with optimized media mix for digital, social media and OOH/DOOH channels for maximum saliency and cost efficiency.
 Build up constellation strategy leveraging continuous relationship building with managements of celebrities and key opinion leaders.
 Lead 360 degrees of product launch strategies (RTW, Shoes, LG, Sports, and Accessories)
 Manage the brand marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources to maximize ROI.
 Measure and report performance of all brand marketing campaigns, gaining insights and optimizing activities based on data.
 Develop brand marketing team members' skills and fostering synergy through collaborative teamwork.
 Guide, assign and supervise agencies (media, PR, event, production and digital)
Job Requirement - 15-18 years of total professional experience and minimum 5-7years of experience with direct relevancy.
- Project managing skill - planning, organizing, time management, and problem solving skills
- Good communication skills incl. presentation, reporting, negotiation, coaching, etc.
- Appropriate attitude and manner to represent the brand as an employee ambassador.
- Strong industry networking with media, editors, influencers, and opinion leaders
- Strategic, logical, open minded, agile, and innovative
- Good sense of fashion retail, styling, market and customer trends
- Good communication both written and spoken English in business manner
- Direct experience on PR is preferred
- Fashion, cosmetic, premium lifestyle, and conglomerate experience preferred
- Team player, and a person with entrepreneurship
