Job Description 1. CEO & Biz Support
- Handle incoming calls and e-mails
- Arrange meetings with related teams, executives or visitors
- Claim personal expenses and monitoring the budget.
- Manages department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel and arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Prepare Dongil monthly meeting, etc.
- Completes requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
- Making and sending birthday cards and Seasons greeting cards for store managers and VIPs.
- Arrange lunch for employee's birthday and dinner for new comers.
- Support for attending Global Strategic Meeting
- Enhances effectiveness by providing information management support.

2. Internal Communication
- Communicate with Lacoste HQ in Paris and Lacoste APAC for the meetings or VIP's visit and for other occasions.
- Share the materials of oversea business trip and PTO for CEO and executives with Dongil
- Prepare materials for DI newspaper
- Prepare Global visitors' meetings: Accommodation, meeting arrangement, prepare meeting material and dinner venue search, etc.

3. General Admistration
- Employee holiday gift (Chuseok, New year holiday, Mayday/foundation day)
- Employee and executive condominium management
- In-house equipment management such as medicine, office supply, etc.
- Canteen environment management
- Company event support or operation
- Booking employee’s flight tickets(overseas)
- Management of courier service
- Phone extension number update
- Other GA Support
Job Requirement - At least 3 years of relevant experience(must have CEO assistant experience)
- 3 years ~ 5 years relevant experience
- English Communication is necessary
- Experience maintaining and prioritizing a manager’s calendar
- Knowledge of specific software programs used within your organization
- Experience in data processing, bookkeeping or other skills you need to have performed
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and muti-tasking skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently
