| Job Description | • Finance & Accounting - Be responsible for monthly / year-end closing including weekly cash management - Ensure all reporting requested by the Regional office and the HQ with the analysis - Ensure that the Korea operations comply with all social, tax, customs and legal regulations - Lead the preparation of budgets and forecasts - Control CAPEX & OPEX with managing discount and margin - Liaise with internal and external auditors - Adhoc • HR & Administration - Prepare monthly payroll data and review with Payroll agency - Oversee HR matters working with labor consultant - Manage recruitment and exit process - Oversee office administration etc. • IT & Logistics (Local support with Logistic manager and IT team) - Support stable office & storage environment with external vendors - Project: Upon request or when necessary |
