| Job Requirement | • Bachelor’s degree or higher; a major in Business, Finance, or Accounting is a plus • 7–10 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably within the consumer goods industry • Proficient in using ERP systems in English; experience with Microsoft AX or D365 is a plus • Experience in D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) or e-commerce is a plus • Able to work independently while seeking guidance from the General Manager or Group Accounting & Reporting Manager and Group CFO when necessary • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and analytical tools; data-driven decision-making skills • Native Korean, business level English in speaking and written |
