Job Description | Strategic Planning Translate high-level business goals into clear, actionable, and measurable plans, including annual and mid-to-long-term strategies based on customer insights and market trends.(including annual and mid-to-long-term strategies that reflect customer and market insights) Performance Monitoring & Analysis Track and analyze key business metrics to identify performance gaps and operational improvement opportunities, with a focus on both efficiency and customer satisfaction. Lead or support enterprise-wide strategic and transformation initiatives Project Leadership & Transformation Initiatives Lead or contribute to enterprise-wide strategic initiatives such as new business development, CRM optimization, digital transformation, and cost-efficiency projects. Leverage insights on customer experience, brand perception, and campaign effectiveness to drive strategy development and support marketing execution across channels Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, and other departments to ensure strategic initiatives are aligned with resource planning, customer journey improvements, and budget priorities. Executive Communication Develop and deliver high-impact presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Insight-Driven Strategy Support Utilize data and insights related to customer experience, brand perception, and campaign performance to inform strategic decision-making and support integrated marketing efforts. |

Job Requirement | Required: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing or a related field • 6–12 years of professional experience in corporate strategy, business planning, consulting, financial/operational analysis, marketing, or PMO • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable strategies and initiatives • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills • Strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset • Proven ability to adapt and perform in a fast paced, dynamic working environment • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Preferred: • Proven track record of leading strategic or business transformation projects • Hands-on experience in marketing strategy, project management, or PMO functions • Experience working in cross-functional or matrix organizations • Strong facilitation and mediation skills in complex or high-stakes business scenarios • Familiarity with the automotive, dealership, or retail industry |
