Job Description | Business Drive & Development: -Achieve and exceed sales targets within the duty-free channel, aligning with key business priorities. -Implement strategies based on the travel retail environment to drive sales and maximize store performance. -Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement. -Build strong relationships with duty-free operators to ensure smooth operations and visibility. Client Experiences: -Ensure exceptional client experience are always maintained. -Work with store team to develop and maintain strong clientele (VIC + Repeat Visitors), despite the unique challenges of the travel retail environment Team Management: -Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. -Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to store team members. -Foster a positive and motivating work environment. Brand Representation: -Uphold the brand image and ensure all employees represent the brand values and standards. -Stay updated on travel retail trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. |

Job Requirement | -Experience as a Retail Manager – Duty Free for minimum 10 years. -Excellent analytical, management, supervisory and administrative skills. -Proven ability to lead and motivate staff and to drive sales. -Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally. -The ability to work with minimum supervision, using initiative and independent judgment to self-start and follow-up on varied tasks in a timely manner. -High attention to detail. -Fluent in English |
