| Job Description | 1. Test DeviceManagement - Plan, order, and track all necessary test resources (e.g., vehicles, test benches, components, tools). - Escalate missing test equipment, delays when necessary and take appropriate countermeasures. - Participate in global test manager meetings and represent Korean market needs 2. Test Management - Develop and implement the Korean test strategy in alignment with global test framework. - Coordinate the Korean test activities. Identify and apply countermeasures for deviations, escalatingissues when necessary. - Create regular report of test activities. - Participate and represent Korean test team in global test management meetings. 3. Test DriveCoordination - Organize local test drive activities. - Compile detailed reports on results and findings. 4. Local Expertise - Track local market trends and competitor testing activities, reporting insights to global projectmanagers. - Propose improvements based on market surveys and field issue analysis to enhance testingprocesses and product quality. |
