| Job Description | •Sales & Operations Data Management -Assist in collecting and compiling daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports by store -Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, and conversion rates -Support in analyzing promotion results and seasonal performance trends •Retail Store Operations Support -Coordinate and follow up on store operation issues (logistics, MD, VM, etc.) -Support store order processing, replenishment, and product transfers -Assist in store opening/renovation checklists and documentation preparation •Customer Service & VOC Management -Organize and track customer feedback (VOC) and claim reports -Support improvements in customer service processes and materials -Assist in preparing and updating store service manuals and training documents •Documentation & Communication -Prepare and distribute operational documents, guidelines, and internal notices -Support in compiling presentations and reports for sales meetings -Communicate with stores and internal departments on operational updates |
