| Job Description | The Commercial Manager,reporting to the Commercial Director, is responsible for driving business performance across the Korea retail network, including internal boutiques, duty-free channels, and external boutiques operated by wholesale partners. 1. Business Transition & Retail Network Internalization - Lead the retail internalization project by transitioning approximately 10 boutiques from the current retail agent to the Company's direct retail operation.(Project will be done by end of October 2026) 2. Retail Performance Management - Monitor boutique sales performance and prepare regular sales performance reports and analyses. - Track key retail KPIs, including Sales, Traffic, Conversion Rate, Average Transaction Value (ATV), Units per Transaction (UPT), and boutique productivity, and provide actionable insights. - Support the implementation of commercial action plans to improve boutique performance in collaboration with Boutique Managers/team and the Retail Director. 3. Inventory & Product Management - Partner with Supply Chain and Merchandising teams to optimize stock allocation. 4. Commercial & Retail Excellence - Support the planning and execution of commercial initiatives, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and client events to drive business performance. |

| Job Requirement | - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related discipline. - 5–8 years of experience in retail, preferably in watches, jewelry, fashion, or luxury lifestyle brands. - Experience managing boutique performance and retail commercial activities. - Strong understanding of retail operations and client experience. |
