| Job Description | - Develop and lead the company's Revenue Growth Management strategy across the four core pillars: Pricing, Promotion, Mix, and Trade Terms/Investment - Conduct pricing & value chain analysis to identify growth opportunities and avoid conflicts across channels and consumer segments - Design and evaluate promotional strategies, ensuring optimal ROI on trade spend - Analyze portfolio and channel mix to identify opportunities for premiumization and margin improvement - Partner with Sales teams to optimize trade terms and commercial agreements (including payment terms) with key customers/distributors - Build and maintain pricing corridors, elasticity models, and price-gap analysis - Track and report on RGM KPIs (gross-to-net, price/mix contribution to growth, promo effectiveness) - Collaborate with FP&A to align RGM initiatives with P&L targets and budget planning - Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership on commercial strategy and investment prioritization - Monitor competitive pricing and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions - Lead cross-functional projects with Sales, Marketing, Finance within Korea & APAC/HQ, to ensure alignment and execution of RGM initiatives (including various tools like VISTA & RevUP). |

| Job Requirement | - Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field - 8+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, FP&A - Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing analytics, elasticity modeling, and promotional ROI analysis - Proficiency in Excel/data analysis tools; experience with BI tool is a plus - Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations - Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership - Fluent in English |
