Company Introduction High-tech electronic component manufacture
Job Description Creating education programs and manuals to suit compnay initiatives.
Assess and facilitate performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits.
Maintain employee conflicts, enhance team effectiveness.
Ensure support of organization changes and business plans.
Implement human resources policies and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
Complete administrative tasks as needed.
Job Requirement - A minimum of 3 years experience as HR generalist role.
- BA degree in HR related field.
- Strong background in multiple state federal employment law and EEO law.
-Talent for diplomatic, unbiased communication, both written and verbal
- Experience in accommodating and presenting to executives
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- PHR or SPHR Certification Preferred
- Fluent bilingual preferred (English/Korean).
