Job Description Responsibility: Green Energy (Solar/Wind/LED Lighting) Project
o Project development: Financial model analysis, market analysis, Project funding analysis.
o Screens potential New business by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
o Manage New business development process and maintains the time-lines for the proposal.
o Develops presentations and provides reports based on information collected such as marketing trends, competition, new products, and pricing.
o Develop market strategy and prepare analysis report to penetrate New Business
o Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
o Identify and establish contact with New business development partners in line with the company’s development strategy and portfolio.
o Generate monthly management reports on market situation
Job Requirement o 3~7 years of professional experience in New Business field
o Minimum Bachelor degree required
o Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
o Strong communications ability, both written and verbal.
o Organized, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task
o Willing to travel
