Job Description | •Developing the full product life cycle, product development-plan and financial goals while conducting price negotiations. •Working closely and frequently interfacing with our office in China, Procurement Dept., QA, Operational teams, and Upper Management in order to execute product development as necessary. •Presenting and clearly communicating product strategies for key features and design effects. •Collaborating with the business, CS experience, and engineering teams during Product Discovery to assess value, usability, and possibility of product features. •Managing partner relationships, identifying necessary and desirable third-party features, evaluating and selecting vendors and negotiating agreements. •Managing third-party dependencies and securing necessary engagement / resource alignments for the creation of the co-developed product features. •Engaging frequently with engineering and project management during Product Implementation. •Etc |

Job Requirement | •7 yrs. experience in a Program Management in consumer electronics & accessories or computer peripherals & accessories. Main communications contact person for assigned products. •High level work ethic. •Self-motivated, Goal-driven, Results and Deep Detail-oriented •Diligent; uncompromising loyalty needed •Ability to develop strong partnerships and build consensus; equally capable at working independently •Professional presentation and strong communication skills a must •Must be very organized and have exemplary time management skills •Must have critical problem-solving skills, strategic thinking and creativity •Experience working with Asian suppliers and strong negotiation skills are preferred. •Business trips to our Asia branch office and Manufacturers often required. |
