Job Description | • Develops work plans including scheduling and ordering, and assign appropriate duties to subordinates • Develops and foster environment, encouraging teamwork • Oversees performance of floor operations & Responsible for managing catering events • Assists with creation of F&B sales projections and budgets • Ensures proper product use and food quality minimizing potential food waste, optimizes food cost of café and concession • Manages all employees by regularly conducting performance assessments, providing feedback, and setting challenging goals to improve performance • Supports HQ marketing department for internal promotions or campaigns • Enforcements of continual repair and maintenance • Oversees projection booth operation (troubleshooting technical difficulties) |

Job Requirement | • Associate’s Degree • 4 + years Relevant Field • Movie Theater Experience, Food & Beverage, Hospital Field Experience is Preferred • Knowledge of Films & Movie Industries, Cost Control and Profit & Loss Analysis, F&B Preparation Techniques, Health Department Rules & Regulations • NRA Food Safety Certification is a PLUS • MS Office, POS System • Multi-Task Management Skills • Good communication skills & strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills • Time management skills • Excellent organizational & leadership skills |
