| Job Description | • Importation o Guide marketing depts. to collect data for USDA APHIS permits o Review USDA APHIS permit docs prior to a submission o Apply for USDA APHIS permits o Update the most current FDA Import Alert • Regulatory affairs o Research on current food safety issues and trends o In charge of county inspections o Ingredient review o Package labeling review o Create DB for all company’s products and collect data from Seoul headquarter upon QAQC supervisor’s request • BRC Audit o Application preparation o Assist QAQC supervisor on doc preparation and implementation • Distribution center management o Review and confirm a daily sanitation reports weekly o Review temperature monitoring records monthly o Inspect distribution center per SOP o Thermometer calibration semiannually o Follow up on pest control services • New Shipment Inspection o Check when new items are received by the GFA upon Supervisor’s request |
