Job Description - Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
- Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and recordkeeping, and in receiving and shipping operations.
- Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products.
- Effective planning to conduct sales demos by meeting clients physically on regular basis.
- Scheduling sessions, meeting clients to be able to review items requires, and to determine other opportunities.
- Generating and developing non-member business account to be able to increase sales, through cold calling.
- Preparing reports for promotion and advertising and keeping expense records.
- Wholesale and retail management.
Job Requirement - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Project planning ability
- Good organization and self-motivated work habits
