Job Description | • Develop and maintain Air-export sales territory to increase business with existing and potential customers. • Identify and attract potential customers in each line of business. • Plan and conduct sales calls through developing a sales-call plan and call specific objectives materials, face-to-face calls with customer at all levels in its organizations, and follow up on commitments and issues that arise during sales calls. • Secure appointments with key management to understand current business conditions and future opportunities. • Maintain and update accounts information including, but not limited to, names, address, key accounts, and contact information. • Facilitate new customer’s operational stabilization with operations team. • Create sales plan in order to achieve 400 TEUs per year in new Air export business. • Report weekly sales activities to Sales/Marketing Team Manager. • Other Ad-hoc responsibilities requested by the management. |

Job Requirement | • At minimum 3 - 5 years of relative experience. • Logistics sales experience. (Freight Forwarding, Transportation, or 3PL) • Proven sales track record in outside sales in the Freight Forwarding industry, or in a Transportation Logistics related industry. • Trilingual Preferred: English, Korean, Chinese • Ability to self motivate, and to work independently. • Excellent communication and presentation Skills. • Detail Oriented. • Outstanding interpersonal skills to attract and maintain relation with customers. • Proficiency in PC based applications, and the underlying technologies that enable global trade. |
